The "children-friendly" cultural industry is one of the development modes for rural revitalization. Changsha City has being actively devoted to construct a "children-friendly city", in which Bairuopu town as its "pilot town" has conducted a lot of exploration. Through detailed investigation and survey on and specific practice cases analysis of "children-friendly" cultural industry concept in the town, it has been found that the integral development between three main industries(industry engineering, agriculture, and service industry) and rural culture industry provides a referable mode for promoting a high-quality rural development and revitalizing suburban villages.
