    摘要:

    随着数智经济的不断推进,“教育”“科技”“人才”在大国竞争和中国式现代化发展中的作用日益凸显,教育、科技、人才“三位一体”融合发展在促进生产力要素创新性配置和包容性增长的同时,也加速其扩张性动能转化。推进教育、科技、人才一体化发展,构建良性循环,不仅是强化资源协同配置的现实基础,也是支撑新质生产力升级迭代的重要引擎。建设高质量教育体系、实现高水平科技自立自强、汇聚“高精尖”人才及塑造联动协同新优势,构建教育、科技、人才一体化发展新格局是推进新质生产力发展的重要举措。

    Abstract:

    With the continuous advancement of digital economy, the role of "education", "science and technology" and "talent" in great power competition and the development of Chinese mode to modernization is increasingly prominent, and the "trinity" integrated development is accelerating the conversion of its expanding kinetic energy while promoting the innovative allocation between productivity factors and inclusive growth. Promoting the integrated development and building a virtuous cycle is not only a realistic basis for strengthening the synergistic allocation of resources, but also an important engine to support the upgrading and iteration of new quality productivity. Important initiatives to promote the development of new quality productivity include building a high-quality education system, realizing greater self-reliance and strength in science and technology, gathering "high-graded, precisive and advanced" talents and shaping new advantages in linkage and synergy, and constructing a new pattern for the integrated development among education, science and technology, and talents.
