网络传播自由及其规制是网络传播伦理的一个核心问题,本文揭示了网络传播自由的技术和文化背景,阐述了规制网络传播自由所引起的争论,探讨了网络传播自由的规制方式.

Abstract:

Regulating free communication in cyberspace is among key ethical issues of cyberspace communication.This paper explores the technological and cultural background of free communication in cyberspace,addresses the arguments about free communication in cyberspace,and puts forward three forms of regulating free communication in cyberspace.
