摘要:

中国特色企业家精神是中国企业家群体所共有的精神气质和价值观体系。中国古代的企业家精神重视“义”在从业中的作用,近代的企业家精神发展为“实业救国”和“实业报国”的爱国情怀。新中国成立后,企业家精神被赋予了爱国主义、社会主义和集体主义的新内涵。改革开放以来,企业家精神进一步发展为勇闯禁区的开拓精神。进入新时代,中国特色企业家精神不断被赋予新的内涵,爱国精神和创新精神被提到前所未有的高度,形成了具有民族特色和时代特征的新时代中国特色企业家精神。新时代中国特色企业家精神既是企业家精神中国化和时代化的优秀成果,也是构建新发展格局、建设现代化经济体系和推动高质量发展的强大精神动力。

Abstract:

EntrepreneurshipwithChinesecharacteristicsisakindofspiritualtemperamentandvaluesystemsharedby Chineseentrepreneurialcommunity.InancientChina,entrepreneurshipattachedimportancetotheroleof"righteous- ness"inpractice,whileinmoderntimes,itdevelopedintothepatrioticsentimentof"savingandservingthenation withindustry".SincethefoundingofPRC,entrepreneurshiphasbeenendowedwithnewconnotationsofpatriotism, socialismandcollectivism.Sincethereformandopeningup,entrepreneurshiphasfurtherdevelopedintothepionee- ringspiritofbravelybreakingintotherestrictedareas.Enteringthenewera,entrepreneurshipwithChinesecharac- teristicshasbeenconstantlyendowedwithnewconnotations,andthepatrioticspiritandtheinitiativespirithavebeen raisedtoanunprecedentedheight,formingtheentrepreneurshipwithnationalcharacteristicsandcharacteristicsofthe times.TheentrepreneurshipwithChinesecharacteristicsintheneweraisnotonlyanexcellentachievementofthesi- nicizationandmodernization,butalsoapowerfulspiritualimpetusforbuildinganewdevelopmentpattern,construc- tingamoderneconomicsystemandpromotinghigh-qualitydevelopment.
