Abstract:EntrepreneurshipwithChinesecharacteristicsisakindofspiritualtemperamentandvaluesystemsharedby Chineseentrepreneurialcommunity.InancientChina,entrepreneurshipattachedimportancetotheroleof"righteous- ness"inpractice,whileinmoderntimes,itdevelopedintothepatrioticsentimentof"savingandservingthenation withindustry".SincethefoundingofPRC,entrepreneurshiphasbeenendowedwithnewconnotationsofpatriotism, socialismandcollectivism.Sincethereformandopeningup,entrepreneurshiphasfurtherdevelopedintothepionee- ringspiritofbravelybreakingintotherestrictedareas.Enteringthenewera,entrepreneurshipwithChinesecharac- teristicshasbeenconstantlyendowedwithnewconnotations,andthepatrioticspiritandtheinitiativespirithavebeen raisedtoanunprecedentedheight,formingtheentrepreneurshipwithnationalcharacteristicsandcharacteristicsofthe times.TheentrepreneurshipwithChinesecharacteristicsintheneweraisnotonlyanexcellentachievementofthesi- nicizationandmodernization,butalsoapowerfulspiritualimpetusforbuildinganewdevelopmentpattern,construc- tingamoderneconomicsystemandpromotinghigh-qualitydevelopment.
