From the overall national security viewpoint, quality safety is the global state and comprehensive ability of a country or a region not to suffer from development difficulties due to quality problems but to have the ability to guarantee the sustainable development of the country and society through quality development. At present, however, there are still three "deficits" in China's overall quality security, namely "quality credit inadequacy", "quality imbalance" and "quality dispersal". In the new era, based on the overall vision of the new development pattern, we should incorporate quality safety into the overall strategy of the new development pattern, promote quality safety actions, strengthen the national quality infrastructure, promote the quality safety co-governance, and enhance its advantages through the combination between quality and safety to provide the public with high-quality development growth and at the same time the international community with more optimum "China quality".
