Abstract:University graduates are valuable human resources of the country and an important group served by employment work. The use of big data technology to enable university graduates to accurately find employment is conducive to improving the efficiency of employee selection, maximizing the value of human resources, and thus providing strong talent support to build China into a modern socialist country in all respects. Such technology enables China's university graduates precision employment service to have sufficient room for improvement. By analyzing four dimensions, namely, relevant basic scenes, publicity scenes, service scenes and return scenes, and exploring the organic combination of modules between supply and demand such as mutual reading and knowing, publicity and guidance, care and service, and feedback of employment data collection, the construction of precise employment service system for university graduates can be effectively promoted.
