Bertell Ollman， the main representative of contemporary British and American dialectical Marxism， has been engaged in Marxist education in the developed capitalist society for a long time， and has formed a Marxist view on education with distinct dialectical character. In this dialectical Marxist view on education， the educational background， subject， process and results are all full of rich dialectical nature. His educational view inspires us that， in our Marxist education， educators should have an in?depth understanding of and a firm grasp of Marxist dialectics； that Marxist dialectics should be an important part of education and run through the educational process where dialectics should be practised earnestly； and that whether the educated could master and use it effectively should be an important basis for evaluating the effectiveness of education.
