    文章以 2014-2020 年中国 A 股上市公司为研究样本,考察员工跟投这一新兴激励机制与企业全 要素生产率之间的相关性。研究发现:实施员工跟投可显著提升企业全要素生产率;减少非效率投资 以及增加创新产出是实施员工跟投影响企业全要素生产率的两条重要路径;较之高管员工,激励非高 管员工的效果更为显著,这从另一个角度证实了发展实体经济以及在激励机制中加强监督的重要性。 异质性分析表明,在企业特征方面,非国有上市公司、治理水平较低的上市公司实施员工跟投能够更加 有效地促进企业全要素生产率的提升;在外部市场环境因素方面,市场化程度较高的地区、行业竞争更 加激烈的上市公司实施员工跟投对企业全要素生产率的促进作用更显著。

    Abstract:

    With a sample of A?share listed companies in China from 2014 to 2020, the study examines the relevance between a new incentive mechanism of employee's follow-on investment and enterprise's total factors productivity. The results show that the follow?on investment can significantly improve the total factors productivity, that reducing non?efficient investment and increasing innovation output are two important paths for employee's follow?on investment to affect enterprise's total factors productivity, and that, compared with senior executive employees, the effect of motivating non?executive employees is more significant, which also confirms from another perspective both the importance to develop real economy and the enhancement of supervising incentive mechanisms. Heterogeneity analysis shows that in terms of corporate characteristics, employee's follow?on investment in non?state?owned listed companies and listed companies with a lower level of governance can more effectively promote the enhancement of enterprise's total factors productivity; while in terms of external market environment factors, the implementation in regions with a higher degree of marketization and by listed companies with more intense competition in the industry has a more significant effect on the promotion of enterprise's total factors productivity.
