Exploring the application of Lao Tzu's management philosophy in enterprises aims to discover the problems existing in the management level during the enterprise development process， to deepen enterprises' understanding on management philosophy entailed in outstanding traditional Chinese cultures， and to further promote the revolution of enterprise management philosophy. Based on the concepts such as "Tao"， "Governing by non?action"， "Something coming from nothing" and "Weakness overcoming strength" in Lao Tzu's Tao Te Ching， this study analyzes the value and influence of Lao Tzu's management philosophy on enterprise management philosophy. The viewpoints of "Tao following nature"， "Governing by non-action" and "Nothingness correlating with wholeness"， have expounded the practice of Lao Tzu's management philosophy on the revolution of enterprise management philosophy.
