    摘要:

    基层党组织群众组织力提升是马克思主义政党建设的基本要求,有其独特的理论逻辑、历史逻辑和 现实逻辑。进入新时代,基层党组织群众组织力提升的现实场域在经济基础、制度体系、党员数量和新媒 体技术等方面具有显著优势,但由于社会环境改变、主观意识偏差、个别基层干部脱离群众等原因也带来 了一些现实挑战。通过健全责任监督机制、加强党员和群众思想政治教育、提高党员干部的服务能力建 设等策略来提升基层党组织的群众组织力是夯实我党执政兴国根基的必由之路。

    Abstract:

    Toimprovethemassesorganizingpowerofgrass-rootsCPCorganizationsisthebasicrequirementofMarx- ismPartyconstruction,whichhasitsuniquetheoretical,historicalandpracticallogic.Inthenewera,therealfields toenhancethemassesorganizingpowerofgrass-rootsCPCorganizationshavesignificantadvantagesintermsofeco- nomicfoundation,institutionalsystem,thenumberofCPC membersandnew mediatechnology.However,dueto thechangeinsocialenvironment,subjectiveconsciousnessdeviationandindividualgrass-rootscadres'separationfrom themasses,therealsoexistsomepracticalchallenges.Fortheadvancementofthemassesorganizingpoweringrass- rootsCPCorganizations,improvingitsresponsibilitysupervisionmechanism,strengtheningitsideologicalandpoliti- caleducationofCPCmembersandthemasses,andenhancingitsservicecapacityconstructionofthePartymembers andcadresaretheinevitablewaystoconsolidatethefoundationofourParty'sgovernanceandrejuvenation.
