Abstract:Toimprovethemassesorganizingpowerofgrass-rootsCPCorganizationsisthebasicrequirementofMarx- ismPartyconstruction,whichhasitsuniquetheoretical,historicalandpracticallogic.Inthenewera,therealfields toenhancethemassesorganizingpowerofgrass-rootsCPCorganizationshavesignificantadvantagesintermsofeco- nomicfoundation,institutionalsystem,thenumberofCPC membersandnew mediatechnology.However,dueto thechangeinsocialenvironment,subjectiveconsciousnessdeviationandindividualgrass-rootscadres'separationfrom themasses,therealsoexistsomepracticalchallenges.Fortheadvancementofthemassesorganizingpoweringrass- rootsCPCorganizations,improvingitsresponsibilitysupervisionmechanism,strengtheningitsideologicalandpoliti- caleducationofCPCmembersandthemasses,andenhancingitsservicecapacityconstructionofthePartymembers andcadresaretheinevitablewaystoconsolidatethefoundationofourParty'sgovernanceandrejuvenation.
